Vulcanization consists in the application of heat and pressure to a rubber compound in order to give form and properties to the final product.

The exact method and vulcanization conditions (time, temperature and pressure) must take into account not only the compound used but also the dimensions of the tire to be manufactured.

Bearing in mind the importance of this method and the vulcanization conditions, our technicians are always in constant training and are prepared to repair and vulcanize tires for rims in the range of 4 to 63 inches. Vulcal belongs to a select group of worldwide companies that can vulcanize tires for rims that exceed 35 inches.
